Do I need to mute myself on the webinar?
No. Attendees are automatically muted upon entry to the webinar.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is completed.
While logged in to your dog-ibox shop account you can view all of your invoices in your account settings.
Do you keep credit card information?
No. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information.
How and when will I get the recording of the live webinar?
If you registered for the live webinar, you will have automatic access to the recording within 4 business days of the live webinar. An email will be sent to all registered attendees as soon as the recording is ready to be viewed. You will be able to access the recording by logging into your dog-ibox shop account. Once you’re logged in, click on the tab “My dog-ibox” (click on the title) and then click on “My webinars” (on the left side of you screen), you can now see all your webinar recordings.
How can I change my account password?
Your password can be changed within your dog-ibox shop account.
- Please go to "My dog-ibox" / "My Account".
- Then click on "Account Information" on the left sidebar.
- You can now change your password.
How do I log in to the webinar?
On the day of the actual webinar, 10 minutes before the webinar, you will receive an email with the link to the login page. You will need to enter your name and email address that you signed up with. Please make sure to check the system requirements in advance. Click here to join a test meeting.
How do I register for a webinar?
Please use our shop in order to register for all LIVE and recorded webinars.

How do I renew my Webinar VIP status?
Your dog-ibox Webinar VIP status must be renewed yearly. In order to renew you current status, simply log in to your dog-ibox shop account with your username and password and purchase the package again.
How do I request CEUs?
- Login to your dog-ibox user account and go to the section “My CEU Providers”; enter your membership number for all CEU organizations that you participate
- Whenever you have watched a new webinar in full, within the individual webinar page and just below the recording are several tabs. Click the tab that reads “CEU Credits” (all the organizations show up with the member number already in there if you followed the step above) and click “Request” for each organization you request credits.
- CCPDT: you will see your credits within a few days
- IAABC and PPG: you will receive the Certificate by email
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or PayPal details cannot be read by any third party.
I am a member of a dog trainer association, is there a way for the association to give our members a reduced rate?
We are happy to discuss discounts for interested organizations. Please contact using our contact form for more details.
I can’t find my Certificate of Attendance
Your personalized Certificate of Attendance is stored within your dog-ibox account. Please click on "My dog-ibox" and then "Certificates of Attendance".
I can’t make the LIVE webinar date/time. Will the recording be made available for purchase?
We do record our webinars, however we cannot guarantee that every webinar will be available until we review that the quality of the recording is acceptable. If the recording is acceptable, it will be posted on our website and you may purchase the recording to view 24/7 until expiration date.

What are the technical requirements to join a live webinar?
PC: Windows Vista or higher
Mac: OS X 10.7 or higher
You will be connected to audio using your computer’s microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended.
What are the technical requirements to watch a recording?
All you need is a reasonable internet connection and an updated operating system.
What is the deadline for registration?
Registration will usually close 24 hours prior to the Webinar to ensure that all registrants receive log-in instructions on time.
What payment methods does dog-ibox accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
What time is the webinar?
Most webinars start at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time unless otherwise noted in the description of the webinar.
When are recordings available for On Demand purchase?
Recordings are usually available within 4 business days of the live webinar and will be available for purchase on our website. If you have purchased the webinar before the On Demand recording is active, as soon as the recording is available it’s automatically available in your shop account. Once you’re logged in, click on the tab “My dog-ibox” (click on the title) and then click on “My webinars” (on the left side of you screen), you can now see all your webinar recordings.
Where do I access recorded webinars?
You have immediate access to the purchased webinar recording(s). Simply go to your dog-ibox shop account and click on the tab “My Web Recordings and Downloads” (on the upper part of your screen). You will find an overview of all your webinar recordings. Click on the tab "Additional", next to your listing for access to the webinar recording, the student notes, a certificate of attendance and further information.
Which organizations provide CEUs for dog-ibox webinars?
dog-ibox has received approval for certificants of the following organizations (in alphabetical order): CCPDT (Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers) IAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants) KPA (Karen Prior Academy)
Why can’t I download a recording and save it on my computer?
The content of every dog-ibox webinar and all materials (including videos and student notes) are intellectual property of dog-ibox and / or the speaker and protected by copyright. Unrestricted downloadability allows unlimited sharing of protected information.
Why is the site asking me to create a password when I’m checking out?
In order to have access to the webinars you have purchased (Live and recording), you will need to create a shop account on the dog-ibox website. Once you have initially created your account (by entering and confirming a password), you can log-in to the dog-ibox shop by typing your email address and your password. You can then view all the webinars you have purchased.
Will I get a copy of the slide presentation being used in the webinar?
Yes. No matter if you purchase a live webinar or recording, the student notes are included in your purchase.
