Basic Confidentiality Policy and Personal Information Collected
The Site requires you (and your customers in case you make use of our fully integrated solution that offers a personal trainer page to interact with your customers) to provide certain personally-identifying information such as personal information, including your name, address, phone number, E-Mail address and the like in order to use certain services, "Member-Only" features and functions of the Site.
The information you provide may include information provided during the registration process, including contact information (such as your name, address and E-Mail address) and financial information, such as a credit card number (ibox uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing; this intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use any information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on ibox’s behalf), if you order products or services through the Site. This information will be used to process your order and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your order. You agree and acknowledge that your order may be processed, fulfilled or serviced by third parties other than ibox and you understand that such third parties are not limited by ibox in their use of the information provided to them to process, fulfill or service your order. Therefore, in order to process, fulfill or service your order, you expressly consent to our sharing your information with any necessary third parties.
Where personal information (hereinafter used for both your personal information and your customers information) is required for use of the Site or in interacting with the Site it is ibox’s policy that information, such as your or your customers name, E-Mail, address, purchasing history and preferences, telephone number and the like is private and confidential and used only to respond to questions, and to process or fill orders or product requests or inquiries.
During the normal course of doing business, we may to share your information among our business units, our affiliates and unaffiliated third parties as necessary in order to service your accounts or orders you place with us. We may use this information to provide goods and services that you request, to communicate with you about our business and products, and to let you know of additional goods and services about which you might be interested. To process and fulfill product or service orders, we may require additional information in order to process or to fulfill your order or request.
ibox may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Site. Any personally identifiable information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. ibox is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.
Customers and Visitors may elect to use the Site’s referral service to inform friends about the Site. When using the referral service, ibox requests the friend’s name and E-Mail address. ibox may send the friend E-Mail communication such as inviting him or her to visit the Site. ibox may post photos sent to us by you or testimonial messages on the Site that may contain information such as names and titles. ibox obtains the consent of each person prior to posting testimonials but is not obliged to get such consent if we receive photos to publish.
We also may retain transaction and experience information, such as information about your transactions with us, as well as information about our communications with you. Examples include your account history, requests for information and our responses. We may match user information we collect with offline data available from other sources in order to carry out our business and to provide our goods and services and to conduct advertising and promotions more effectively.
Except as otherwise stated in this Policy, ibox will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission, except as otherwise necessary to (i) process or fulfill your order, (ii) respond to your request or answer your inquiries, (iii) comply with any applicable law, court order or other judicial process. ibox may disclose or transfer your information to affiliates and related company in connection with their or our business.
We may ask you for personally-identifying information at other times, such as if and when you communicate with us. Also, ibox may retain your account data in the event, and after, you discontinue your account.
When you visit the Site we collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, ibox uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which customers and visitors navigate the Site. ibox also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the service as part of the ibox’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features. This Site does not track, collect or distribute personal information about individual visitors, except as provided hereafter to gather general statistical information. We regularly compile aggregate statistics that show the number of visitors to the Site, the requests we receive for particular information on our Site and the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used by internal ibox technical support staff to improve the Site in an ongoing effort to provide better information and services to the public. We may also provide this statistical information to third parties, but when we do so we do not provide personally-identifying information without your permission.
Use and Disclosure of Information
ibox may use your contact information to get in touch with you regarding the status of your membership, registration or any orders you may place. You may also be contacted by us or any of our agents regarding additional services and features, or we may request your feedback about your experience with ibox. We also reserve the right to make your contact information available to third parties whose products and services you may find useful. We do not sell or rent personally-identifying information collected during your use of this Site without your permission. We may, however, transfer your information in the event that we transfer or reorganize the ownership or operation of all or a significant part of ibox’s stock, assets or business.
If you place a request for products or services, we use information to ship your order; if the products or services are from a retail partner, we may provide your relevant information to that retailer for purposes of the transaction. We rely upon third parties for important elements of our operations so we will provide your nonpublic personal information, such as your name, address, and account information to these third parties so that they can do their job, such as servicers, financial service providers, marketing companies that help us market our products. ibox may also use data for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in ibox, the service, and to send you information regarding the company and its partners, such as information about promotions or events. We may use your E-Mail address, your mailing address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new product offerings and communications relevant to your use of the Site. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please manage your notification settings in the section “Profile”.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to manage our Web Site and to enhance our Site based on the usage pattern data we receive. ibox reserves the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of business or assets to a third party.
ibox uses robust security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of data. Our technologies help ensure that data is safe, secure, and only available to the person to whom the information belongs and those to whom the person has granted access. We host our Site in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. The personal information you provide is accessible only by appropriate staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information, such as to reply to your request or to send you requested materials.
Your account information and profile are password-protected. No password information is accessible by any staff at any time and passwords can only be reset. Updating or Deleting Your Information

Your account can be deactivated in the section “Profile” (by doing so you will no longer be able to access the Site or receive certain services). If you want to re-activate your account you can do so within one (1) year after deactivation by sending us an E-Mail.
