No. Attendees are automatically muted upon entry to the webinar.

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is completed. 

While logged in to your dog-ibox shop account you can view all of your invoices in your account settings.

No. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information.

If you registered for the live webinar, you will have automatic access to the recording within 1 business day of the live webinar. An email will be sent to all registered attendees as soon as the recording is ready to be viewed. You will be able to access the recording by logging into your dog-ibox shop account. Once you’re logged in, choose “My Web Recordings and Downloads” and then choose the recording you'd like to view.

Your password can be changed within your dog-ibox shop account.
Please go to http://www.dog-ibox.com/market/catalog/ and log in to your account.
Then click on “My Account”.
The third position under “My Account” is “Change my account password”.

On the day of the actual webinar, about 30 minutes before the webinar, you will receive an email with the link to the login page. You will need to enter your name and email address that you registered with. Please make sure to check the system requirements in advance. Click here to join a test meeting.

Your dog-ibox membership must be renewed yearly. In order to renew you current membership, simply log in to your dog-ibox shop account with your username and password, select the type of membership and purchase the membership again. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with further information.
  • CPDT-KA:
    Please send an email to support@dog-ibox.com with your CCPDT certificate number after attending a live webinar or watching a recording. dog-ibox will then apply for your CEUs.
  • IAABC:
    Please send an email to support@dog-ibox.com after attending a live webinar or watching a recording. Once we receive your request, we'll apply for your CEUs.
  • KPA:
    Each attendee will receive a personalized webinar Certificate of Attendance.
    Provide a copy of this Certificate to KPA as proof of the CEUs you earned.
    For access to the certificate of attendance: Simply go to your dog-ibox shop account and click on the tab “My Web Recordings and Downloads” (on the upper right side of your screen). You will find an overview of all your webinar recordings. Click on the tab "Additional", next to your listing for access to the webinar recording, the student notes, a certificate of attendance and further information.

 

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or PayPal details cannot be read by any third party.

The Certificate of Attendance is stored within the tab “My Personal Folder”.

• Click on the link “My personal folder”.

We do record our webinars, however we cannot guarantee that every webinar will be available until we review that the quality of the recording is acceptable. If the recording is acceptable, it will be posted on our website and you may purchase the recording to view for up to 10 times.

How do I enable the WebeX Plug-In to join a meeting using Chrome or Firefox

Since we use VoIP for audio, you do need integrated speakers AND microphone or a headset

Some of our older recordings only require Flash Player in order to view a webinar.

Below the system requirements for our newer webinars:

PC: Windows XP or higher
Mac: OS X 10.5 or higher
JavaScript and Adobe Reader (latest version)
Cookies enabled
iPads and tablets are not supported.

As browser we do recommend Firefox. Within Firefox settings, click on “Preferences”, then on “Security” and allow “Exceptions” for add-ons for www.webex.com, https://dog-ibox.webex.com and www.dog-ibox.com.

Note that Google Chrome no longer works with NPAPI plugins, so websites that use plugins like Silverlight, Java, and Unity might not work on Chrome.
